About Our Future Selves

The Our Future Selves program is a dynamic 3-hour experience designed to empower you with the tools and techniques needed to take charge of your future.

The program explores self-discovery and future envisioning. Participants will be introduced to methods such as Back-Casting and Feed Forward to help you proactively address potential obstacles and leverage upcoming opportunities, ensuring you stay on track to achieve your envisioned future.

Our facilitators will guide you through these techniques, helping participants gain insights, set clear goals and create a personalized roadmap.
