The House with Many Windows offers a creative and transformative approach to exploring diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Using art as a medium for self-expression, participants are encouraged to reflect on their own identities, backgrounds, and experiences, which are represented through the creation of personal “windows.”

Each window tells a unique story, and when assembled together, they form a powerful collective piece that mirrors the diverse and inclusive fabric of the team.
