The Unstuck program is a dynamic 4 session experience designed to empower you with the tools and techniques needed to take charge of your future. Unique features of the program include:
- Visual Exploration: Central to the program is the use of visuals as a means of self-expression and reflection. Participants use artistic methods such as Deep Diaries with a unique notational system, Sketch journaling and Visual mnemonics to externalize their thoughts. Knowledge of drawing is not a prerequisite.
- Peer Support Groups: Participants are organized into small, supportive peer groups. These groups offer a safe and non-judgmental space for sharing experiences, discussing challenges, and offering mutual support and encouragement.
- Guided Facilitation: Experienced facilitators, guide participants through the program. They provide structure, encouragement, and expertise in helping individuals process their experiences and find a way to break through the barriers that hold them back.
- Step-by-Step Approach: Unstuck takes a gradual, step-by-step approach to addressing change. Participants are guided through a series of activities and discussions that help them understand, accept, and embrace the changes they are facing.
- The Program is Multi-Session (1 hr x 4 sessions)
- The sessions can be conducted virtually or on-Location
- Depending on the total size of the cohort, participants may be divided into smaller teams
- Each session will be guided by a trained facilitator
